      The goal of this article is to present the most used best practices in logistics customer service management. Logistics customer service is one very important source of competitive advantage for any company. There are few Romanian companies which establish a very detailed management program regarding this element.
      We present in this article methods used in logistics companies from America, Europe and other parts of the world. Before presenting these methods, we define customer service, present different approaches regarding logistics customer service. The final part of the article is assigned to the methods which companies could use in logistics customer service methods, especially when planning the level of this service.
