      This paper takes an analyst perspective in setting a price for a product/service and demonstrates some of the methods and techniques they use in consultancy tasks. Setting a price that maximizes profit potential requires many perspectives. Business departments that influence the pricing decision are accounting, finance, marketing, sales, operations, and top management.
      In this paper, we will look at the three main factors that determine profit: the price which customers pay for your product, cost of producing and distributing the product, and the number of products you produce and sell at a given price. These three areas do not act independent of each other, so it is important to keep in mind how changing one of the factors will affect the others.
