That means knowledge creation, sharing, transformation, transmission, and action generation at the level of organization. Knowledge becomes one of the most important asset in gaining competitive advantage due to its intangible nature and innovation potential. Knowledge management is the key mechanism in developing and controlling knowledge dynamics in any organization.
