Knowledge – Based Organisation

      Knowledge is considered to be one of the most important resources of an organization. It has a strong impact regarding the transition process peculiarities in the process of passing by from the information-based economy to the knowledge-based economy.
      In order to ensure an adequate administration of this resource, the necessity of introducing knowledge management appeared as consequence. But maybe, a stronger impact can be achieved by passing to knowledge-based management, a modern management, which is dynamic and can turn to good account, in extenso, the potential of creative employees.
      The leaders and the experts seem to be more and more aware about the importance of knowledge in the development of the companies they work for. They associate the success or the collapse with their staff’s creative capacity, with the organizations’ innovative potential and also with the opportunities of the organisation to generate, achieve and use knowledge.
