The Consultant in management of Human Resources need the following topics: the basics of consulting, the specifics of consulting in HR, the characteristics of four typical ways of consultant involvement: informative-benchmarking consulting, planning consulting, change consulting and organizational learning consulting in HR.
There are few other professions in the world like management consulting that received so many positive and negative criticisms at the same time during the past couple of years, both in CEE and abroad. To make things easier, we will use the word “consulting” as a synonym of management consulting.
