In Japanese firms, it doesn’t exist almost any difference as concerns the wages and employees promotion with the same number of years in work experience. Generally, Japanese companies offer two motivation types for their employees: material motivations (wages and rewards) and complex motivations (promotion). In Japan, wages, rewards and promotions are determined by age and by experience. In other words, having as specific elements life employment and length of service, Japanese corporations still base on so called Japanese management system,.
