Human Resources - Quo Vadis?

      The present paper started from the question of how the future of human resources looks. Is it outsourcing a menace for the human resources specialists? Or should the latter start to fulfill different roles, such as implicating themselves in the company�s strategy?

      If the way in which business is conducted changes, the human resources managers� role should also change to the same degree. Although many classic human resources activities are necessary, they get further and further away from the core of the value-generating process. The human resources management should separate itself from its bureaucratic past and should focus on keeping the best brains �wired�.
