Model of factors affecting the human resources management in
small and medium-sized enterprises
The systematic and deep approach of human resources management (HRM) in SME is a relatively recent phenomenon, researches in this area being in an exploration stage. Very less is known about development and implementation of HRM in SME. This document presents a model based on the research conducted on a representative Romanian SME trying in parallel an ample revew of the available literature. The model is highlighting the key characteristics affecting the SME in the implementation of human resources-specific practice.
