Perceived Organizational Readiness for Technological Change

      The present paper aims to develop a causal research model for assessing the perceived organizational readiness for technological change in an organization, along with the factors that influence this perception. Data from a case study was used to pre-test the model proposed. The data was found to support the model, and additional insights on perceived organizational readiness were found by analyzing the case study data.
