Corporate Social Responsibility within Romanian Companies under
the Conditions of Adheration to European Union

      The credibility of an organization is provided by the results obtained within its field of activity. At the same time, a higher attention is paid to the means which lead to those performances but also to the way in which the organizations interact with their stakeholders. The phenomen is amplified by the importance of the organization: larger the power, larger the interest. This fact is associated with their needs and capacities to attract, to consume, but also to provide outcomes that can have direct and undirect effects for the society.
      Under these circumstances, the corporate social responsibility move forward on new coordinates where the flow of information, resources a.s.o. among organizations and local community exponentially amplify. It is a major responsibility for organizations leaders to succeed in building up viable partnerships with the community where they evolve.
