Comparative Approach for the Educational Use of Information
and Communication Technology in the Knowledge Based Economy
The paper presents the role and importance of information and communication technology in education and training field into the knowledge-based economy and society. There is also a comparative approach of information and communication technology use in educational management in schools in Europe, taking into consideration the number of computers, the internet access, the use of computers and Internet in classrooms etc. At the end of this paper there are some actions to develop lifelong learning based of information and communication technology.
