      Small and Medium Size Enterprises represent one of the most dynamic factors that influence the economic development of a region or country, aspects that are revealed by the experiences of the developed countries.
     
The statistics show that the largest part of a GDP is formed by these companies that this sector is the one that provide new jobs and, besides these, it represents a very innovative sector that is able to create new products and services that are tailored to customers needs. This paper emphasizes one of the main strategic options that SME�s sector started substantially to take into consideration: internationalization.
