The Learning Organisations
– Strategies of Survival on the International Market –
The present study explores organisational learning by looking at some of the cultural components of this process. The paper presents a brief overview of the field of organisational learning with some models and paradigms used in research. It includes some results of a case study done at a Romanian private company.
The proposal put forward in this study is that organisational learning is a complex phenomenon, essential however for the survival of organizations under the pressure of globalization and the development of the knowledge society.
