Comparative Study Between Management Firms from
Germany and Great Britain

      By this study has been identified some similarities and major differences existent in firms from Great Britain and Germany. In analyses process, has been followed the discovery of universal elements and the implications they have on human resources behavior for the two countries.
     
The theoretical research has confirmed the fact demonstrated by experts that managerial changes are determinate by a series of typological characteristics of firms, by the proprietors and managers vision over the businesses activity, at the same time by the cultural influences that significant marks organizational and individual behavior of human resources involved in management and execution processes.
