A Comparative Approach to the Sanitary Management Systems in the USA and Romania – Aurelia Aldea
This article contains the analyses made in order to identify cultural, managerial, administrative and motivational similarities and differences between the American and the Romanian sanitary systems. This will in turn highlight the managerial elements that may be transferred from the American health care system to the Romanian one. Sanitary economy has consolidated its position in the tertiary sector in the past decades, after a period of uncertainty caused by a theory which stated that health resources should not be limited. We can notice however, and this is easily seen worldwide, that no country can have unlimited health care resources, regardless of its level of economic development.
