Comparative Approach of Organizational Culture from Japanese and Romanian Companies – Marian Nastase
The organizational culture represents one of the important concepts that emerged relatevely recent and influenced to a large extent the thinking and actions of researchers, professors and students, of managers and entrepreneurs, of specialists from different organizations throughout of the world.
In the present article, we are dealing with issues that reflect and also influence the elements of organizational culture from Japanese and Romanian companies. The starting point in the comparative approach is represented by Hofstede’s model and then, they are analysed different organizational activities that belong especially to human resources field.
